Spearheaded by Kelly Redfern, artist, activist and Asheville Poverty publications and public relations intern, Artways is an innovative collaboration with the River Arts District Artists Foundation (RADA) designed to give under-resourced, talented artists a robust entry into Asheville’s vibrant arts community and market.
